Digital Products — No Shipping

Everything sold in the 12 KAWKAB store is a digital product delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees, customs charges or delivery addresses.

Delivery Methods

The delivery method varies by product and is stated on each product page before purchase. It includes one or more of:

  • An access link sent to the email address entered on your order.
  • Activation of the material inside your account on the platform.
  • Adding you to a private group or channel dedicated to the material.

Delivery Timing

  • Items available immediately: access is activated within minutes of successful payment, and no later than 24 hours.
  • Items with a release date: access is activated on the date announced on the product page, and you receive a notification when it becomes available.

An order confirmation email is sent by the store immediately after payment in all cases.

Access Period

The access period for each item is stated on its product page. Access is not unlimited unless expressly stated, and you are responsible for using the material within the available period.

If You Receive Nothing

Please first check:

  • That the email address entered at checkout is correct.
  • Your Junk / Spam folder and Promotions tab.
  • That your inbox is not full.

If you still cannot find it, contact us at Sales@12kawkab.com or WhatsApp +1 323 961 9198 with your order number and the email used for the purchase. We resolve such cases within 24 business hours. If we are unable to activate your access, you receive a full refund.

Technical Requirements

Some materials require a suitable internet connection to view or listen. Our support team is not responsible for faults in your device, network or settings.

Geographic Scope

The store is available worldwide and all prices are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees that we do not control.

مواد رقمية — لا شحن

جميع ما يُباع في متجر 12 KAWKAB مواد رقمية تُسلّم إلكترونياً. لا يُشحن أي منتج مادي، ولا توجد رسوم شحن أو جمارك أو عنوان توصيل.

طرق التسليم

تختلف طريقة التسليم حسب المادة، وهي موضّحة في صفحة كل مادة قبل الشراء. وتشمل واحدة أو أكثر من:

  • رابط وصول يُرسل إلى بريدكِ الإلكتروني المسجّل في الطلب.
  • تفعيل المادة داخل حسابكِ على المنصة.
  • إضافتكِ إلى مجموعة أو قناة خاصة بالمادة.

توقيت التسليم

  • مواد متاحة فوراً: يُفعَّل وصولكِ خلال دقائق من إتمام الدفع، وبحد أقصى ٢٤ ساعة.
  • مواد لها موعد إطلاق: يُفعَّل وصولكِ في التاريخ المعلن على صفحة المادة، ويصلكِ إشعار عند إتاحتها.

تصلكِ رسالة تأكيد الطلب من المتجر فور إتمام الدفع في جميع الأحوال.

مدة الوصول

مدة الوصول إلى كل مادة موضّحة في صفحتها. لا يوجد وصول غير محدود ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحةً، وأنتِ مسؤولة عن الاستفادة من المادة خلال المدة المتاحة.

إذا لم يصلكِ شيء

تحقّقي أولاً من:

  • صحة البريد الإلكتروني الذي أدخلتيه عند الشراء.
  • مجلد البريد غير الهام (Junk / Spam) ومجلد العروض.
  • سعة بريدكِ الوارد.

وإذا لم تجديه بعد ذلك، راسلينا على Sales@12kawkab.com أو واتساب ‎+1 323 961 9198 مع رقم الطلب والبريد المستخدم في الشراء، ونعالج الأمر خلال ٢٤ ساعة عمل. وإن تعذّر تفعيل وصولكِ من جانبنا، يُعاد لكِ المبلغ كاملاً.

المتطلبات التقنية

تحتاج بعض المواد إلى اتصال إنترنت مناسب للمشاهدة أو الاستماع. لا يتحمّل فريق الدعم مسؤولية الأعطال في جهازكِ أو شبكتكِ أو إعداداتكِ.

النطاق الجغرافي

المتجر متاح عالمياً، وجميع الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي (USD). قد يطبّق بنككِ رسوم تحويل عملة لا نتحكّم فيها.
